The Head Coach of Compound Performance. Matt has been involved in in-person coaching since 2013, and lifting since he was 16 years old. Since joining Compound Performance in 2019, he's become dedicated to improving the quality of strength programming for everyone. He currently competes in RPS and USPA, and when he's not training he can be found teaching The Standard, his own course, The Standard: Strength; or continuing his own education to better his craft.
Craig has been a local coach and gym owner for the past 5 years, before joining Compound Performance. Being a competitive powerlifter and Olympic Weightlifter, his passion for strength training bled into his coaching. And as a result, he's curated a roster of athletes that's now expanding as part of Team Compound.

Our all-inclusive coaching option is the best for serious athletes looking to perform their best. Each program will start with our proprietary performance battery to determine individual athlete rate limiters to deep dive into what's holding them back. From there, you will get a custom macro plan and targeted programming based on exposing you to what you need, while enhancing your existing strengths. Programming is released weekly, and evolves as you do.
The Custom Training Cycle.
Our Custom Training Cycles are a great option for those who want a customized plan and nothing else. Best for those of you who just need a little extra guidance, but not the coaching or education provided by our All-Inclusive coaching.
