Coaching for Lasting Change
Behavioral Change & Communication Skills for Coaches and Trainers
This program is rooted in coaching psychology and behavioral change applied theories. You will learn core communication skills and competencies taught by national board certified health coaching programs. You will come out of the program with improved communication skills and a deeper understanding of the behavioral change process and how it can be applied in real-life coaching sessions. This will, in turn, better your coach-client relationships, improve retention rates, and create a greater network of referrals.
