Kyle Dobbs
Kyle has been working in the fitness industry since 2007 as a coach, facility manager, district and regional manager, training director, national training and education director, and business owner. Over that time he has had the opportunity to work with professional athletes, industry leaders, technology companies, and everyday people who are just looking to increase their daily performance. Since creating and opening Compound Performance in 2017 Kyle has had the opportunity to work with thousands of coaches through individualized and group training and education programs.

Premium Coaching
My all-inclusive coaching option is the best for serious athletes looking to perform their best. Each program will begin with a detailed intake and assessment process to determine individual performance limiters respective to goal demands. Your programming will then be focused on how we can increase your specific performance through a fully customized program. Nutrition and macro tracking will also be available to help ensure that you're fueling optimally for the training being performed. The program will be updated and released weekly, and will evolve as you do.
Remote Coaching
My remote coaching option is the best for athletes and serious gym-goers looking to perform their best but don't need the oversight that performance competitors require. Each program will begin with a detailed intake and testing process to determine individual performance limiters respective to goal demands. Your programming will then be focused on how we can increase your specific performance through a fully customized program. The program will be updated and released weekly, and will evolve as you do.
